Instructions:

1. Preparation:

   • You will need: Ground coffee, ice cubes, and cold water. Use about 30 g of coffee for 360 ml of water.

2. Fill the Filter:

   • Pour coarsely ground coffee into the filter. About If the coffee is too finely ground, it may clog the filter.
   • Pour in water so that all the coffee is soaked.

3. Place Filter Paper:

   • Place a filter paper on top of the ground coffee to ensure an even distribution of water and that all coffee is used in the process.

4. Assemble the Cold Brewer:

   • The coffee container fits perfectly into the upper container.
   • Take the dripper and close the valve to stop the water flow.
   • Place the upper container on the lower glass container.

5. Add Ice and Water:

   • Add ice to the first mark on the upper container.
   • Fill with cold water until it almost reaches the line marked with 4 on the container.

6. Adjust Water Flow:

   • Make sure the valve is set to the slowest drip. O = stop dripping, 1-4 = slow to fast dripping (about 7 drops in 10 seconds).

7. Brewing:

   • Put on the lid and let the cold brewer do its work. It takes about 2-4 hours.
