About Järna Rosteri

At the roastery outside in Järna we roast every week to always deliver freshly roasted coffee. The process is simple and everything is done by hand. We don't want to make it complicated, it's all about About a good raw material that we develop through roasting! 

The green coffee we roast comes from organic and biodynamic farms around the world. Biodynamic coffee farms are run as a closed loop where they only grow more than the farm can handle. All plant waste is composted and then used as nutrition for new plantings.
